Sangre Del Valle began with a simple idea: some of the best meals happen around a table with people you care about.

Based in Jemez Springs, I created Sangre Del Valle to bring thoughtful, locally inspired dining experiences directly to homes, cabins, and vacation rentals throughout Northern New Mexico. Instead of asking guests to travel to a restaurant, I bring the experience to them.

Every dinner is planned, cooked, served, and cleaned up by me personally. From baking bread and culturing butter to sourcing ingredients from local farms and producers whenever possible, I believe the small details matter.

My cooking is inspired by the ingredients, landscapes, and traditions of Northern New Mexico. The menus draw from local agriculture, New Mexican flavors, and the foods and techniques that have influenced me throughout my career. Everything is made with the goal of creating a meal that feels special without feeling overly formal.

Whether you're celebrating an anniversary, gathering with family, spending time with friends, or simply looking for a memorable evening during your stay, my hope is that Sangre Del Valle allows you to relax, enjoy the people around you, and share a great meal together.
